Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made within 5 hours of placing your order. If your item has already shipped, simply reach out to us, and we’ll assist you with an exchange or return.

Exchanges:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you’d like to exchange your item.
- Return your item to us within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is free—we’ll provide a prepaid label for your convenience.

Returns:
- If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Ship your item back within 14 days of delivery.
- We offer free return shipping on all returns.
- Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be in their original condition, new with tags, and not washed, worn, or used.
- Custom orders and final sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
